Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

Commitment: Leverhead is committed to getting your manual espresso machine and accessories to you safely and efficiently.

Location: All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in or near San Diego, California.

Business Days: We define business days as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

2. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is the duration required to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from the shipping/transit time.

Order Cut-Off: Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

Notification: You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carriers: We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Options & Rates: Available shipping options and corresponding costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the final destination.

Estimated Transit Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (available for an additional cost).

P.O. Boxes: We may ship smaller items to P.O. Boxes via USPS, but large machines generally require a physical address.

 

4. International Shipping

Availability: We offer international shipping, we ship Worldwide.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by the destination country's government and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Leverhead has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Tracking: International tracking details may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

Transit Time: International shipping times can vary widely and may take 10–25 business days, not including potential delays caused by customs clearance.

 

5. Damages, Loss, and Risk of Loss

Damage: Leverhead is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Please notify us immediately at admin@leverheadespresso.com so we can assist you with documentation for the claim.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Leverhead pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Leverhead will not refund or replace items shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order status using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
